Order Cancellations
Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service at support@lensopolis.com. Orders canceled within this time frame are eligible for a full refund.
After 24 Hours: If you request a cancellation after 24 hours, the cancellation may not be possible if the order is already processed. In such cases, you may initiate a return once you receive the product, following the guidelines below.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and with all included accessories.
Custom prescription lenses and custom-made frames are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.
Sunglasses, eyeglass frames, and non-prescription eyewear are eligible for return.
Sale or promotional items may not be eligible for return unless stated otherwise.

Exchanges

International Returns
International customers may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs for international orders are borne by the buyer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
